Summary & Review: Pujol is located in the upscale neighborhood of Polanco. Hidden away on a quiet street, it feels like a modern private home. The interior and exterior decor is a beautiful blend of nature and urban minimalism. Chef Enrique Olvera first opened Pujol in Mexico City in 2000 and has since risen to be a culinary star in Mexico and the world. He draws his inspiration from traditional Mexican ingredients and old culinary techniques. I’ve never had Mexican food prepared so creatively. Would recommend! 8/10.
